If you have your browser font size set to large rather than the default medium, you button panel may wrap some of the button panel buttons text. The text on the button and the layout was carefully designed to prevent this from happening and the button panel should not wrap lines.

To solve the problem with each tech+center login, you can resize the windows which is not a good option and it will resize them back to a single line for each button.

There are a few work arounds to preventing this problem from happening

1) Change your default font size for your browser from large to medium

For Chrome, this is under settings advanced as shown in the image below:

2) Some screens sizes allow you to edit font settings by being in the browser, pressing and holding the control key and moving the mouse thumb wheel
3)Edit the DoTechLogin.asp or DoTechLoginLic.asp (Licensed users) ASP page in the tech+center directory and edit the line at the bottom of the page that say

<frameset cols="160,80%">

change the 160 pixel size to something like 170 and test it. This line defines the Column spacing (button panels and remaining open cases and user windows) for the tech+center application.

<frameset cols="170,80%">
