Problem Type: Question

Resolution:
the class that defines the mycases page of tables is called

class=TightBodyText

All style definitions are defined for each application (customercenter, techcenter, etc) in the file

href='wc_Style.css'

so if you edit wc_style.css

search for class=TightBodyText

you will find

.TightBodyText {
font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
font-size: 11;
background-color: #E5EEF6;
}

The background color is defined by

background-color: #E5EEF6;

It's a RGB hex value..

you can replace it with any RGB value .. here is a webpage that shows you some how to select a color and get a HTML RGB 6 character color code

http://www.allprofitallfree.com/color-wheel2.html

For example, a kinda of grey is

D2E3EC

change that line to this RGB value and refresh the my cases page.

All other styles that use that style will also be changed.

When you edit that style.css file, you will see one commented out for that style so you can comment things out and leave them in the code for future documentation purposes.

I just tried this and it works find.

Another option to try and experiment with is the class of the table itself that defines the cell spacing colors.. this is

class=TightTableWrapper

This defines the white border and width of the table borders which if you want to make the table border black instead of white, you could do that

.TightTableWrapper {
border: 2px solid #A5A5A6;
background-color: #FFFFFF;
padding: 0;
border-bottom-left-radius: 8px;
border-bottom-right-radius: 8px;
border-top-left-radius: 8px;
border-top-right-radius: 8px;

}
