|Case Summary: Case Search Form in Tech+Center fails with IE 10 when doing open ended searches

There appears to be some very small difference in the way IE 10 interprets HTML select statements between 9 and 10 but it makes a huge difference in the results.
In the case search form for both the customer and company we had an dropdown box for customer and one for companies.
The HTML for the drop down select statement started like:
"<option value=>" & wc_Select_One & "</option>"
Having nothing after the equal sign made it fail under IE 10
So we rewrote it with proper double quotes with no text between it as
"<option value="""" >" & wc_Select_One & "</option>"
This appears to work. So the GetCase.asp in techcenter for IE10 needs a version after April 3, 2013.
There may be other places in the code where this type of problem will occur. If an item is selected, it may not occur.
